3.2 Paraphrased material: Requires citation without quotation marks while preserving the original meaning.
3.3 Electronic sources: Must include the access link or DOI when available.

4. Unacceptable Practices

4.1 Plagiarism or omission of proper citation.
4.2 Excessive self-citation or citation cartels (mutual citation among authors).
4.3 Overreliance on a single source or repetitive citation of the same reference without justification.
